Q: I don't reside in Gippsland. Can I receive Plan Management Services from AM Plan Management?
A: Yes. AM Plan Management are currently registered to provide services to NDIS participants in Victoria and Queensland. AM Plan Management is more than happy to take clients from these areas, although the location based services such as events calendar may not be available in your area.

Q: I just logged into the NDIS MyPlace Portal and it says all my funds have been allocated. Does this mean that I can't get services?
A: You can still get services! When AM Plan Management begin working with you, we will allocate the entirety of your plan managed funding to be able to pay your invoices throughout the plan period. If you would like to start a new service or are unsure about how much funding you have remaining in your plan, please call AM Plan Management on 0403 063 097 or you can contact the NDIS Contact Centre on 1800 800 110.
